Mutual Medical is dedicated to helping preserve the privacy of your personal health information. To help insure your privacy we have implemented an on-line process to verify your identity. As part of this process you will create your own User Name and Password which you should never share or make available to anyone else.
Each member (Employee, Spouse, Dependent Child) must create his/her own unique User Name in order to gain access to claim information.
