Employer Online

Access to the Employer Portal is available to select employer representatives on an as-needed basis. Requests for access to the Employer Portal should be directed to Mutual Medical Plans.

Mutual Medical Plans will not be able to respond to Membership, Claim or Benefit inquiries submitted via email due to Federal patient privacy regulations. Please contact our offices via phone or fax during normal business hours to receive assistance from a customer service representative.
